As an executive at DPG Media, many years as CFO, I developed a passion for brands, for processes, for continuous improvement and, as a result, for solid returns. As a business coach, I moved towards coaching leadership. With great attention, full presence and as a ‘question thinker’ I bring out the best in the employees.

All the pieces of the puzzle now come together as an entrepreneur. There are The Supporters, for example, where administrative support is offered remotely. And RentMyBrain where financial consulting is central. I also built Coachwijzer: a digital platform where people looking for career guidance can find the ideal coach. I have a naturally curious mind, with a keen eye for talent and opportunities. I look strategically ahead and holistically wide and can just as well be pragmatic with both feet in the mud.
I always get highly involved and committed to my projects. I work hard and if I believe in something, I am very convincing. I like to take initiative and, of course, I enjoy working in a team.
I ride my bike as fast as I can and that gives me peace of mind. Lucie is my partner, my sounding board and so much more. And I am a proud father of Matthias and Thomas.
