I am Els, a generalist manager with lots of experience in operational and team management, P&L, HR, marketing.
My experience within various sectors, as department head and member of the management team, has made me accustomed to taking responsibility and getting things done.
A personality test once described me as a 'pleaser'. And although I wasn't very happy about it then, I now know that you can't run away from yourself. Truly being able to help people and companies, is and remains my greatest professional motivation.

I'm Bart. I'm passionate about human relationships and communication. As a former director and teacher, I love result-oriented work, transparency and open communication. Our clients appreciate our sense of responsibility, problem-solving thinking and quick feedback.
At Olive Operations I am responsible for Public Relations and technical support. I'm looking forward to meeting each other over a coffee soon.

I am Paola, I'm passionate about working with people and especially enjoy an international environment.
Throughout the years, I have gained a lot of experience working in liaison with senior management teams at different multinational companies. I have always been very much involved in the company's commercial and marketing activities, giving me the opportunity to work closely with B2B clients.
"Problems do not exist, they are only challenges", this is why my mind does not rest before it has found a solution for every challenge.
